Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Billing
Coaching services are billed on a weekly basis unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time.
- Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle
- Once cancelled, no further charges will be applied
- Access to coaching continues until the end of the current billing period
3. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Partial use of a billing period
- Missed sessions or lack of engagement
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases such as:
- Medical issues preventing participation
- Service failure on our part
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Access to coaching services may be paused
- We may attempt to reprocess payment
